All investigations are conducted within the scope of the selected Service Level. Scope changes are confirmed in writing and may affect pricing and timelines. Scopa delivers intelligence products, not legal advice.
Pricing is fixed and agreed upon before work begins. No hidden fees, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Payment terms: 50% upon engagement, 50% upon delivery. Credit and debit cards accepted.
Deliverables vary by service level: Quick Check includes a 2–3 page summary report with red flag indicator; Standard Check includes a 5–8 page detailed report with cross-platform verification and social media consistency analysis; Deep Report includes full source documentation, evidence appendix, and risk assessment summary. Post-report follow-up support duration depends on service level.
Quick Check: 24–48 hours. Standard Check: 3–4 days. Deep Report: 5–7 days. Timelines begin upon receipt of your details and payment.
An NDA is available on request for any engagement. Regardless of whether an NDA is signed, client identities, investigation details, and findings are treated as strictly confidential under our standard confidentiality protocols.
Scopa provides analytical intelligence products based on open-source information. Findings are presented with confidence scoring and source attribution. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal counsel. Liability is limited to the value of the engagement fee.
If an investigation yields no significant findings, we refund 25% of your payment for Quick Check and 50% for Standard Check and Deep Report. Engagements may also be cancelled within 24 hours of signing for a full refund. Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.
