Scopa collects only information voluntarily provided by clients during the engagement process. This includes contact details, investigation requirements, and any materials submitted for analysis. We do not collect personal data from website visitors beyond standard server logs.
Client information is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering investigation services. We do not use client data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond the scope of the agreed engagement.
All client data is stored securely and accessed only by assigned analysts working on the engagement. We implement appropriate security measures including encryption and access controls to protect your information.
Client data is deleted within 90 days of project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Investigation reports remain the property of the client and are not retained by Scopa beyond the agreed retention period.
We never share client information with third parties. All investigations are conducted under strict confidentiality protocols. No client data is sold, traded, or disclosed to any external entity without explicit written consent.
All engagements are bound by mutual non-disclosure agreements. Client identities, investigation details, and findings are treated as strictly confidential.
